加味调经种玉丸的质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Control Standards of Jiaweitiaojingzhongyu Pills

目的研究加味调经种玉丸的质量控制。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的紫河车，仙灵脾，苍术进行定性鉴别；用HPLC法对制剂中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，无干扰；HPLC法含量测定中，芍药苷的进样量在43．32—635．36μg·ml^-1范围内，呈良好线性。结论方法简便，准确，可用于加味调经种玉丸的中药质量控制。

Aim To investigate the quality control of Jiaweitiaojingzhongyu pills. Methods TLC method was used for qualitative analysis of Ziheche, Xianlingpi, Cangshu and HPLC method used to for determination of paeoniflorin in the preparation. Results Spots on thin-layer chromatographs were clear without interference. In the case of content determination by HPLC, the paeoniflorin results reveal good linearity between the injection concentration range of 43.32 -635. 36μg·ml^-1. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Jiawentiaojingzhongyu pills.
