RP-HPLC测定通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablet by RP-HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素的含量。方法样品用甲醇超声提取。色谱柱Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相甲醇-水（70：30），流速：0．8ml/min，柱温25℃，检测波长300nm。结果欧前胡素在0．02～0．20μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．28％，RSD为1．02％。结论该方法灵敏，准确，专属性强，可用于通窍鼻炎片的质量控制。

Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of imperatorin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablet. Methods The samples were extracted supersonically with methanol. RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18 column and the mixture of Methanol-Water （70： 30） was used as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 300nm, the column temperature at 25℃ and the flow rate at 0.8ml/min. Results The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.02-0. 20μg, and the average recovery was 98.28% with an RSD of 1.02%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and specific. It may be used for quality control of imperatorin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablet.
