摘要 目的以指标性成分和水溶性浸出物为指标,评价不同主产地山茱萸药材的质量。方法采用HPLC测定不同产地山茱萸药材中的马钱苷、熊果酸,测定了不同药材水溶性浸出物的含量。结果产于山西阳城的几个品种山茱萸药材中马钱苷和熊果酸的含量均较高;山茱萸籽中两成分含量均低,且水溶性浸出物量低。结论产地对山茱萸药材的质量有一定影响;在采收加工药材时应尽量去除果核。 Aim To compare the quality of Fructus Corni samples from different growing areas according to the contents of their chemical components and water-soluble extracts. Methods The content of Loganin, Ursolic acid, and water-soluble extracts was determined and the quality of Fructus Corni samples from different areas was as- sessed. Results The content of Loganin, Ursolic acid in the samples from Yangcheng, Shanxi province were higher than that from other areas. The content of the 2 components and water-soluble extracts in the seeds were low among all the samples. Conclusion The quality of Fructus Corni varies with the origin. Besdides, The core of Cornus officirtalis Sieb. et Zucc. should be removed during processing.
