摘要
根据散粒体抛射强度理论,以振动台的振动强度为参数,对振动气吸式穴盘育苗精量播种装置种子群运动规律进行了理论和试验研究。文中分析了种子群产生"沸腾"运动的充分必要条件,在此基础上,采用种子群被抛起时抛射幅值和吸种率作为试验指标判断"沸腾"运动的产生过程和程度。在符合播种农艺要求的吸种率大于90%时,理论临界振动强度与实际振动强度之间的误差小于10%,验证了种子群产生"沸腾"运动条件的正确性,因此可以用此条件作为设计该播种装置的理论依据。
According to the thoery of granular rejection intention, the authors theoretically and experimentationly investigated the seed movement laws based on vibration intention parameters on the vibrational air-suction tray seeder. In this paper, a necessary condition of which seeds are to be “boiling” motion was analyzed. And based on this condition, the experimentation indexes both amplitude of seeds injected and rate of seed sucking were used to judge process and degree of the “boiling” motion. When the rate of seed sucking more than 90%, the error between the actual and the critical vibration intention is less than 10%. So the necessary condition is right to be used to design and select kinetic parameters of vibrational air-suction tray seeder.
