This paper introduces the purpose and the method of the online test device about steam turbine emergency governor, and points the way with the online test. The reconstructed scheme with features of simple inexpensive and safe is offered, meanwhile the test succeeded. Furthermore, this paper forwards theoretical analysis and exposure rating. We also provide referential experience for other Power-and-Heating plant.
