表皮生长因子对TPN大鼠肠粘膜机械屏障的影响

Effects of epidermal growth factor on intestinal cellular barrier of TPN rats

本文旨在探讨表皮生长因子 ( EGF)对 TPN大鼠小肠粘膜机械屏障的保护作用。将 4 8只 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、TPN组以及 TPN- EGF组。结果显示 TPN组大鼠小肠绒毛面积、高度、隐窝深度、隐窝细胞数及有丝分裂指数均较对照组明显降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ;TPN- EGF组与对照组比较无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。提示外源性补充 EGF能促进 TPN大鼠隐窝细胞增殖 ,恢复隐窝细胞生成率 。

The experiment was designed to investigate the effects of infused exogenous EGF on intestinal cellular barrier of TPN rats.Fourty- eight Sprague Dowley rats were randomized to three groups:control group(n=1 6 ) ,TPN group (n=1 6 ) and TPN- EGF group (n=1 6 ) .The results showed that the villus area,villus height,crypt depth,crypt cell population and mitotic index was reduced(P<0 .0 1 ) in TPN rats and was restored to normal levels when EGF was administed(P>0 .0 5 ) .From this study,we conclude that infused exgenous EGFcan stimulate the crypt cell proliferation,restore the crypt cell production rate,and protect the intestinal cellular barrier from atrophia of TPN rats.
