China's Rational Position of Democracy and Orientation of Route of Builing Democratic Politics

随着我国经济体制改革的深入和社会的进步,发展社会主义民主政治已经成为当代中国政治发展的关键环节和核心内容。但民主到底是什么?我国现时的民主到底应该怎样定位?不同的人有着不同的看法和观点。厘清我国传统民本思想、西方民主理论和我国现阶段民主政治的关系,对于探究我国民主政治建设的路径取向有着至关重要的作用。

Along with the further development of reform of the economic structure and social progress in China, developing socialist demoracy has become Chinas now key link and important content of political development. However,what is democracy？ How to locate the existing democracy in China？ There are different view- points from different individual. It is of key importance for us to clearly see the relations between Chinas traditional human- oriented thought,the Western theory of democracy and Chinas existing democratic politics and further explore Chinas orientation of route of building democratic politics.
