摘要 目的:用二维彩色多普勒血流图(2D-CDFI)检测分析正常人股、、足背动脉血流动力学。材料与方法:78例正常人按年龄分为三组。用二维图像显现动脉的管壁回声,测量管径。彩色多普勒频谱显示血流图。结果:右侧股、动脉内径略大于左侧,足背动脉内径差异不明显。大多数动脉的血流频谱呈“三相波”,即收缩期较高尖的前向波,舒张早期的反向波和舒张中晚期很小的前向波。50岁以前,股、动脉的前向波峰(PFV)、反向波峰(PRV)和多数足背动脉PFV随年龄的增加而降低,50岁后多又随年龄渐升高。足背动脉的PRV随年龄增加呈渐增高趋势。各年龄组相同节段动脉的PI值相近,但远端动脉的PI值大于近端。结论:本文参数对分析判断异常情况时的下肢血管有无病变具有一定的意义。 Purpose :To study the hemodynamics of the femoral artery (FA) and popliteal artery(PA) and dorsal pedal artery(DPA) of the normal subjects by two dimensional color Doppler flow imaging(2D CDFI).Materials and Methods:78 healthy subjects,that were divided into three groups according to their ages,was measured.The vascular wall and caliber were showed by two dimensional imaging and the bloodflow frequency spectra of these arteries displayed by color Doppler flow imaging.Results:The caliber of FA and PA of the right lower limbs was slightly wider than that of the left ones,but showing no statistical significance.The caliber of DPA was of no obvious difference.The bloodflow frequency spectra of most arteries displayed as triform wave,that is high and sharp forward wave(FW) in systole and reverse wave(RW) in early diastole and small forward wave in late diastole.The peak FW velocity(PFV) and peak RW velocity(PRV) of FA and PA were dropped with the increase of ages before 50yrs and then ascended briefly after 50yrs.PRV of DPA was gradually ascended with the increase of ages in all cases and PFV had no change.The pulsatility index(PI) of same arteries in three groups was similar but the PI value of distal parts was greater than that of proximal ones.Conclusion:These parameters would be useful for judging vascular damage of the lower limbs in unusual circumstance.
