摘要
实验发现大鼠氨基导眠能所致肾上腺皮质功能阻滞肾虚模型的胃粘膜有明显萎缩和退变。表现为胃体及幽门粘膜固有层厚度均明显下降；胃小凹相对长度增加；胃体腺腺底厚度减少；在固有层厚度下降的同时，胃体粘膜中性粘液细胞带相对厚度及粘膜肌层和纤维组织增生层厚度均增加；核分裂相频数胃体粘膜降低，幽门粘膜升高；粘膜下层肥大细胞密度和脱颗粒细胞样本增加。
The present experiment shows that the stomach mucosa of shen-xu model of hypoadrenocorticism induced-by aminoglutethimide in rats were atrophic and retrograde dege-neration.Compared to the control animals,the shen-xu animals were lower in the thickness of proper mucous membrane of the body and pylorus of stomach,the thickness of fundus of gland,the frequency of mucosa karyokinesis in the body of stomach;but these rats with shen-xu were higher in the relative length of the pit,the thickness of neutral-mucin-cells zone,the thickness of muscular layer of mucosa and the zone of proliferation of fibrous tissue,the frequency of mucosa karyokinesis in the pylorus of stomach,the density of mast cell,the frequency of samples of degranulation mast cell.
