摘要
观察糖尿病小鼠脏器ATP酶活性的变化及大蒜素对其的影响,结果显示.糖尿病小鼠心、脑、脾、肾、肝线粒体及微粒体Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显下降或呈下降趋势.大蒜素能有效提高各脏器ATP酶活性,提示大蒜素对糖尿病及其并发症防治具有重要意义.
The effect of allitridi on ATPase activity of internal organs of rats with diabetes induced by alloxan were studied. The results showed that the Na+,K+,and Ca2+-ATPase activity in heart,brain,spleen,kidney,and liver mitocnonaria were obviously decreased or trended to decreases. But,the allitridi can increased the ATPase activity of internal organs,and prevent the diabetes.
