婚外恋者配偶及子女的心理障碍

The psychologic disorder caused by adultery

探讨婚外恋对其配偶及子女心身健康影响。方法对２６例婚外恋者配偶做精神自评量表ＳＣＬ—９０评定，与中国正常人常模比较。用自制对婚外恋者子女情况问卷，资料记录并分析。结果因配偶有婚外恋就诊的２６名患者及子女均产生心理障碍。２６名婚外恋配偶ＳＣＬ－９０各因子分都有偏移，其中抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及精神病性症状有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。５名年龄较大子女有不同程度焦虑和抑郁，并已影响工作和学习。结论婚外恋严重影响家属心身健康，是导致夫妻关系紧张，甚至家庭破裂的不良因素。

Objective:To explore the effects caused by adultery on those family members.Methods: 26 patients who had adultery spouses were evaluated with SCL-90 and compared with health person.Results:According to the clinical manifestation,26 patients and 5 children whose spouses or parents were adultery were diagnosed as psychological disorders.The score of every efactor of SCL-90, especialy in depression,anxiety and phobia、psychotism were observed to be morbid state.(P<0.01)Conclusion the adultery damages wedlock relationship and comes to be the main factor of divorce as well.
