本文从非相干测量和干涉测量两方面综述了绝对距离测量技术方法。
This paper reviews for the absolute distance measurement technologies, which include incoherent measurements and interferometry, with the emphasis on some new applications and new methods of FM semiconductor laser interferometry in absolute distance measurement.
