摘要
本文简单介绍了高导数分光光度计的原理和仪器结构。用高导数分光光度计分析气体具有灵敏度高、干扰少、光源变动性及品质劣化影响小等优点。作者测量了N2中微量气体NH3、N2O、SO2和NO的二次导数吸收谱,其检测限为2×10-8。
The concept and construction of derivative spectrometer are described in this paper. Being highly sensitive, anti disturbed and less affected by the change of light source and quality deterioration, the derivative spectroscopy is very suitable for gas analysis. The author has measured the second derivative absorption spectra of trace gases of N 2O, NO, SO 2 and NH 3 in N 2. The detecting limit is 2×10 -8 .
