摘要 通过查阅大量文献和进行市场调研,在给出了弧焊逆变电源详细的分类后,介绍了其四个发展阶段和三代产品的推广应用情况。然后概括了近年弧焊逆变电源在软开关技术、电磁兼容技术、功率因数校正技术、波形控制技术和可靠性几个方面取得的主要进步。最后对发展重点进行了分析并给出了建议,认为研究重点主要有进一步小型化、发展高速焊接、研制复合电源、一机多用、傻瓜化、网络模块化和绿色化七个方面。 Through consulting documents and market investigation, the arc welding inverter were classified, the four research processes and the promotion and application of its three generation products were introduced. Then, the recent main technical progress of arc welding inverter is summarized, which includes soft switching, electromagnetic compatibility, power factor correction, waveform control and reliability. Finally, the trend in development of arc welding inverter were analyzed and the suggestions were also given. And the seven aspects of research emphases are considered, which are miniaturization, high speed welding, compound power source, multiple function, simple operation, modulation and network and green power source.
