摘要
研制了口径为Φ15~Φ100的标准表法油流量标准装置自动检测系统,可用于油表的检定和校验。该系统采用了双时频测量方法,解决了低频信号测量时间长的弱点,大大提高了测量准确度。检测过程全部由微型计算机完成,操作方便,准确度高,一致性好。
An automatic testing system for oil flowmeter standard apparatus with diameter from 15mm to 100mm has been presented. By using double time frequency measuring method, the required measuring time for low frequency signals has been significantly reduced, and the measurement accuracy improved. Since all the testing procedures are controlled by a micro computer, this system has some advantages, such as convenience of operation, high accuracy and good consistence.
