摘要 针对铝合金薄板焊缝的微小缺陷检测和精确定位问题,开发了反射式接触聚焦超声波斜探头。采用该探头对铝合金板材模拟缺陷和实际铝合金TIG焊缝进行了超声检测和定位研究,结果表明:开发的探头具有信噪比高,缺陷定位准确的特点,并且操作过程简单便携,具有较高的实际应用价值。 A contact focusing angle beam probe was designed to accurately test and locate the tiny defects in the weld of aluminum alloy sheet. The designed probe was used to test artificial defects located in aluminum alloy sheet and its TIG welds respectively. The results show that besides portably type and simple operation process, the probe has a high signal-to-noise ratio and high localization accuracy to tiny defects, which has good practical application value in ultrasonic test and evaluation of alloy sheet.
