摘要
给出了有限阶段R/M(再制造/制造)系统集成库存模式,利用马尔科夫决策理论对库存容量有限、具有随机再制造零部件的R/M系统集成库存进行研究,考虑再制造零部件单位成本、新零部件可变费用和固定费用、超过库存容量的那部分再制造零部件的附加费用及有缺货赔偿的情况,给出了马尔科夫决策过程模型,得到了随机最优控制策略.
The integrated inventory model of R/M (Remanufacturing/Manufacturing) system for finite period is proposed. For the integrating inventory system with stochastic remanufactured parts and finite inventory, considering the unit cost of remanufactured and new parts, fixed cost of new parts, the affixation charge of remanufactured parts which excess the inventory, and backorder costs, the Markov Decision Processes model is given based on Markov Decision theory. Several stochastic optimal control strategies are presented.
