腺病毒分子流行病学研究 被引量：12

Molecular epidemiological research on human Adenovirus

摘要 腺病毒引起的儿童肺炎在20世纪5060年代比较猖獗，发病率和病死率很高，中国报道的病死率达16．6％～33．3％。80年代后发病率和病死率有所降低，但近几年腺病毒感染人数又有所回升，甚至出现了腺病毒新的变异株。据报道，2006年5月美国纽约市1名出生12d的女婴死于腺病毒14型引起的上呼吸道感染；2007年3—6月在俄勒冈、华盛顿和德克萨斯州有140例患者感染腺病毒14型，
