粒状化肥用淀粉基生物降解包膜的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对粒状尿素包膜用材料,由正交试验确定了制备乙酰化淀粉(LSA)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜的优化配方:以LSA用量为100份基础上,PVA用量85份,纳米二氧化硅用量5份,六次甲基四胺用量14份,甘油用量12份。用对二甲氨基苯甲醛比色法初步研究了LSA/PLA包膜材料对尿素的透过性。并采用电导法研究了包膜化肥在水中的养分溶出情况。结果表明;LSA/PLA复合膜材料具有一定的控制释放性能LSA/PVA包膜化肥在水中浸泡1个月后相对电导率达到93%左右。 Aecording to coated material for granuled urea, the optimal formula of LSA/ PVA compound film was determined by orthogonal experiments. The optimal formula is as follows.on the basis of per hundred LSA, PVA 85 phr, nano-SiO2 5 phr, hexamethylene tet- ramine 14 phr, glycerol 12 phr. The urea permeability of LSA/PVA film was studied by the para-dimethylamine benzaldehyde colorimetry. The nutrient release rate of coated fertilizer in water was studied by conductivity method. The results indicate that LSA/PVA compound film can be applied as material for controlled release. The relative specific conductance of LSA/PVA coating fertilizer in water for a month reaches to about 93%.
