摘要
采用联苯酚为介晶基元合成了单官能团液晶环氧树脂低聚物(MEP)。用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、广角X射线衍射仪(XRD)、偏光显微镜对MEP进行了结构表征。结果表明.MEP具有液晶性;将MEP与邻甲酚醛环氧树脂等进行混合、混炼。然后固化.制备出环氧树脂模塑料,该环氧树脂模塑料具有液晶结构。
A liquid-crystalline epoxy prepolymer with monofunctional epoxy (MEP) was synthesized,and the MEP structure was determined by FTIR, XRD and polarizing microscope. The results show that MEP has liquid-crystalline property. The epoxy molding compound (EMC) was prepared by mixing MEP with ortho-cresol novolac epoxy resin and curing the compound. The EMC has side-chain liquid-crystalline structure.
