摘要
在研究了以稻壳为原料生长的β-SiC汇颗粒富碳的机理和形态的基础上,采用高温除碳、细磨、酸浸脱氧工艺处理,成功地获得了纯度98%以上的β-SiC汇微粉,产品经过XPS、XRD及能谱仪等手段的分析,证明其经验式为SiC1.024,这种碳微过量的SiC将有助于提高复合材料的高温抗氧化性。
Based on the study of the growth mechanism and the morphology of the carbonous β-SiC particulates which grow from rice hull, β-SiC fine powder with the purity higher than 98% has been produced by decarbonization at high temperature, grind and acid purification by HF. It is demonstrated through the analysis by XPS, SRD and energy spectrograph that the experimental formula of the β-SiC particulates is SiC1.024. The ability of anti-oxidation of the composite materials at high temperature could be enchanced due to the slight rich carbon SiC of β-SiC particulates.
