The international leading experienced specialist, Haifele Limited Company,located atNagold, Germany, has abolished the plece wages in its domestic factories, and will introduce a newperformance-incentive system step by step. This productivity-oriented premium system (PPS) sup-ports the interests of enterprises after performance improvements achieved in short term, just as re-quirements of well-trained workers in production. The new wage system demands higher personalresponsibility and creates prerequisites for lean production.
