近年来对机器制造业的要求有了很大变化，其主要原因是消费行为的变化：客户要求在不断提高，并热衷于个性化。产品变型多样性的不断增加，需要一个有全局观的和柔性的PPS（生产计划和控制）系统，以适应现代制造技术提出的各项要求。列举重点，并以SWINGPPS系统为例描述了一些解决方法。

Requirements on machine building have extensively changed in latest years. The main reason is due to varied consuming behaviors: Customers' requirements increase permanently,individuality is in demand. The increasing multifariousness of product variants requires a surveyable and flexible PPS-System which meets all requirements of modern production technology. Taking the PPS-System SWING for example, the essential points will be mentioned and the solution methods be described in this paper.
