百乐眠胶囊治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症

Clinical Observation of Bailemian Capsule in Treating Insomnia by the Type of Yin Deficiency and Fire Hyperactivity

目的:观察百乐眠胶囊治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的疗效。方法:将60例阴虚火旺型失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予百乐眠胶囊口服,对照组予天王补心丸口服,两组治疗14天观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为73.3%,对照组总有效率为43.3%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:百乐眠胶囊治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的疗效较好。

Objective ： To observe the effect of bailemian capsule in treating insomnia by the type of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity. Methods ： 60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 30 cases on the therapy group took bailemian capsules, 30 cases on the control group took tianwangbuxin pills. Results： The curative effect in therapy group was 73.3 %, in the control group was 43.3 %. There is a significant difference in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The bailemian capsule has a good effect in treating insomnia by the type of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity.
