摘要
在调查和系统分析的基础上.鞍钢无缝钢管厂将工业工程(IE)原理与定置管理有机结合,采用IE技术的搬运分析、经路分析和价值分析,对生产现场的管理问题,设计了现场管理方案.实现了物品定置管理,使人、物、场结合状态得以改善.人流、物流和信息流畅通顺行。进一步优化了现场布局、作业路线和作业环境,从而促进了现场管理的整体优化,提高了劳动效率。
On the basis of research findings and systcm analysis. Seamless Steel TubingMill of Anshan Steel Corporation has combined IE technology with location management; em-ployed; transfer analysis, road analysis and value analysis of IE; developcd methodology of site management. The location managcment of facilities is therefore realized; combination of human resources with facllities and sites is improved; human resource flow. material flow and infor-mation flow are smoothed; the plant layout, work line and work environment have been opti-mized. Consequently, whole workshop management is optimized. and the production efficiency is ralsed.
