一方面购买行为存在风险，另一方面由于低工资国家使得竞争更为激烈，在此背景下，企业的投资决策必须在新的生产系统的计划阶段就已得到充分保障。这些生产部门与销售同步的先期计划保证了尽可能迅速地适应市场的多变性。因而，特别在后续几代产品话中，资本密集型生产设备的再利用性同样受到重视，这在时间上保持了投资的灵活性。本文借助一个小型仪器装配的案例，介绍了与销售同步的有预见性的生产系统规划的思想方法。

Against the background of the insecurity of the customer behaviour on onehand, as well as of the intensified competitive situation caused by low wage countries on theother hand,the investment decision of enterprises must have been firmly secured in the planning phase of new production systems. Planning in advance, which is synchronised with selling,guarantees the quick adaptability to changing market. The reusability of capital-intensiveproduction facilities, especially in the future generations of the product spectrum, also drawsattention. It maintains the flexibility of the investment so far as time is concerned. This thinking mode of the foreseeing planning of production system synchronised with selling is introduced by a case study in small apparatus industry.
