摘要
[目的]比较3种正畸秞质粘接剂在干性(无唾液污染)和湿性(有唾液污染)两种不同粘接条件下的抗剪切强度以及托槽去除后牙面粘接剂的残留指数,寻求一种具有最佳临床效果的秞质粘接剂。[方法]收集60颗新鲜人类前磨牙随机分为6组,分别采用京津秞质粘接剂,单组份化学固化粘接剂以及树脂改良型玻璃离子,在干性和湿性(放置于37℃、人工唾液环境)两种条件下粘接正畸托槽,24 h后检测3种材料的抗剪切强度,统计牙面上粘接材料的残留指数。[结果]在干性条件下三种材料的抗剪切强度差异无显著性意义。在湿性条件下,前两种材料的抗剪切强度明显下降,与干性条件下三组差异有显著性意义。树脂改良型玻璃离子的抗剪切强度虽然有所下降,但与干性条件下三组差异无显著性意义。通过牙面残留指数统计发现,前两种粘接剂在干性条件下,粘接剂的断裂部位多发生在粘接剂-托槽之间;在湿性条件下多发生在牙秞质及粘接剂之间,而树脂改良型玻璃离子在干湿性条件下多发生在粘接剂之间。[结论]树脂改良型玻璃离子在干性和湿性条件下粘接托槽产生的抗剪切强度能够满足正畸临床的粘接强度需要,避免了去除托槽时对牙釉质产生的撕裂,是一种较为理想的正畸粘接剂。
[Objective] To compare the shear bond strength(SBS) and adhensive remnant index(ARI) score of Edgewise brackets bonding with three adhensive under moist and dry conditions.Try to find which adhensive can either produce the best clinical adhensive strength or prevent enamel lesion.[Methods] Sixty extracted fresh human premolars were randomly and equally divided into 6 groups.Edegwise brackets were bonded directly with composite resin,Unite bonding adhensive and resin modified glass ionomer cement(RMGIC) under moist(the tooth specimen was stored in salivary of 37℃)and dry conditions the for 24 hours.Shear bond strength was measured with t test and analysis of variance and adhensive remnant index was measured by steromicrograph.[Results] The results suggest no difference in shear bond strength whether composite resin and Unite bonding adhensive or Resin-modified glass ionomer cement under dry conditions.Singificant differences were observed between groups tested under dry conditions and groups tested composite resinand Unite bonding adhensive under moist conditions,no significant differences were found between the group tested RMGIC under moist conditions and the groups tested under dry conditions,although the SBS of RMGIC were lower than the groups tested under dry conditions.The comparisons of the ARI scores revealed no significant difference in the groups of composite resin and Unite bonding adhensive under dry conditions,the adhensives failed at braket/adhensive interface.Under moist conditions composite resin and Unite bonding adhensive exhibited failure at the enamel/adhensive interface.RMGIC exhibited cohensive failure of the adhensive under dry and moist conditions.[Conclusion] RMGIC can meet the clinical adhensive requirement under moist and dry conditions.It may avoid lesion to enamel,and saves chair-time.It is a better adhensive in orthodontic clinic.
