氢氧化钙消毒根管对预防根管治疗间疼痛的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]用氢氧化钙消毒根管达到预防根管治疗间疼痛的发生。[方法]实验组105牙用氢氧化钙糊剂封入根管内消毒;对照组105牙用甲醛甲酚消毒,比较两组患牙在根管治疗间发生疼痛的比率。[结果]封氢氧化钙糊剂组发生疼痛的患牙为8个(7.62%),对照组发生疼痛的患牙为26个(24.76%)。两者之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.005)。[结论]氢氧化钙可以有效预防根管治疗间疼痛的发生。 [ Objective] To observate the incidence of inter-appointment pain in non-calcium hydroxide to sterilize the root canal.[Methods] In the experimental group(105-cases),"CH" was as disinfectet agent while in the control group(105 cases),"FC" was used.Incidence of inter-appointment pain was compared in two groups.[Results] There were 8 teeth(7.26%) with inter-appointment pain in the experimental group,while 26 teeth(24.76%) in the control group.There were signficant difference between two groups(P〈0.005).[Conculsion] Calcium hydroxide used as disinfection of root canal can reduce the incidence of inter-appointment pain efficiently.
