摘要
在简要介绍微波加热机制的基础上,对微波加热技术用于钛冶金过程中的研究、实验结果进行了总结,结果表明:微波加热技术在钛铁矿的预处理、选矿、碳热还原、钛的液相提取等领域具有广阔的应用前景。通过分析微波加热技术应用于钛铁矿处理过程中存在问题,认为深入开展微波与矿物相互作用基础理论的研究、大功率工业微波加热设备的研制,将推动微波加热技术应用于工业化生产。
Based on the brief introduction of the microwave heating mechanism, the results of experiment ofmicrowave heating technology on the titanium metallurgy were summarized and analyzed. The results show that the technology of microwave heating has a promising application prospect in the fields of ilmenite pretreatment, ore milling, carbothermal reduction and liguid - phase extraction of titanium. On the basis of analyzing the existing questions in the process of ilmenite pretreatment by microwave heating technology, we think about that the investigation on the basic theory of the interactions between microwave and minerals and the development of the higherpower industry microwave heating equipments will promote the technology of microwave heating industrialization.
