摘要
回顾性研究对于低级别胶质瘤的放射治疗存在着争议,近来的前瞻性随机研究结果使临床医生能更好地对放射治疗的应用做出决策,即:(1)术后放射治疗可显著提高低级别胶质瘤的无进展生存率,术后早期放疗与复发后再放疗的总生存率相似。(2)放疗剂量宜为45～54Gy,增加剂量无益处。(3)标准模式的放疗对患者的神经认知功能无显著影响。(4)对于预后差的病例,放疗+化疗可提高无进展生存率,但生存率无提高。
In retrostpective studies, controversy existed in the value of radiotherapy for low grade gliomss. Recent perspective randomized studies on this issue shed more light on treatment decision： （1） Postoperative radiotherapy improved the progression-free survival. No difference of the overall survival rates between the overall survival rate of patients receiving immediate postoperative radiotherapy and that of patients receiving radiotherapy after tumor progression was found. （2） Higher dose more than 45Gy-54Gy was not beneficial. （3） Standard radiotherapy did not impair cognitive function. （4） For high risk patients, radiotherapy plus chemotherapy improved the progression-free survival, but not overall survival.
