摘要 骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMPs)在神经干细胞的增殖和分化过程中起重要的调节作用;脑肿瘤干细胞是从脑肿瘤中分离得到的干细胞样的肿瘤起源细胞,与神经干细胞有很大的相似性,它们之间存在很多共同的信号传导通路。在神经干细胞增殖分化中起重要调节作用的BMPs信号通路对脑肿瘤干细胞的增殖和分化也起重要的调节作用。 Bone morphogenetic proteins（BMPs） play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells（NSC）; Brain tumor stem cells（BTSC）, which come from transformed NSC, are tumor-initiating cells of gliomas,there are many common signal pathways between NSC and BTSC, BMPs which play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of NSC are also involved in the modulation of BTSC.
