摘要
喷射成形所制备的材料有一定的孔隙率,因此在材料实际使用之前,通常需要通过热挤压或热锻等热加工使材料达到致密化。本文采用包套热挤压使喷射成形60Si-40Al合金材料致密化,研究了挤压温度对喷射成形合金组织和性能的影响,确定了最佳的挤压温度。研究结果表明:挤压温度为520℃时60Si-40Al材料的致密度最高,可以达到99.04%;抗拉强度为164 MPa,维氏硬度为150。
The parts prepared by spray forming have a certain degree of porosity. Therefore, before use the parts usually should be hot extruded, or hot forged, or processed by other thermal processes to densify. Canned hot extrusion was utilized to densify the spray formed 60Al--40Al parts prepared by spray forming, the influence of extrusion temperature on microstructure and properties of 60Si-40Al parts were studied to determine the best extrusion temperature. The results show,that when the extrusion temperature was 520~C ,the highest density of 60Si-40Al parts was 99.04% with a tensile strength of 164 MPa,and Vickers hardness of 150.
