摘要
介绍了合成高品级人选金刚石用水雾化FeNi30粉末触媒的制备方法。采用100 MPa超高压水雾化制粉技术,选取有机RY缓蚀剂,对水雾化FeNi30粉末进行缓蚀处理,在六面顶压机上进行水雾化触媒的合成人造金刚石的对比实验。结果表明:缓蚀处理后的FeNi30粉末,X-光相分析结果未发现有FeO相及Fe3O4相的存在,粉末自然条件下存放1年,氧含量增量低于100×10-6。该触媒粉末与天然石墨混合,合成的金刚石单产提高,颜色加深,冲击韧性指数TI(Toughness Index),热冲击韧性指数TTI(Thermal Toughness Index)值有较大提高。
The diamond synthesis with water atomized FeNi30 powder as catalyst was studied. The FeNi30 powder was prepared by 100 MPa super high-pressure water atomizing technique and treated with organic RY corrosion inhibitor. The result shows that in treated FeNi30 power there were no FeO and Fe3O4 phase. The oxygen content of the powder was in creased by less than 100 × 10^-6 under the natural condition for one year. The productivity of diamond synthesis with the mixture of treated FeNi30 and graphite powder could be increased and the quality of diamond could be enhanced in terms of TI and TTI.
