云南13种蕨类植物中总黄酮的测定 被引量:15

摘要 [目的]加强蕨类植物有效成分的研究与开发利用。[方法]采用乙醇回流法提取云南13种蕨类植物根状茎(根)及叶中的总黄酮,经硅胶柱层析,依次用浓度70%、80%9、0%的乙醇溶液洗脱,得到精制黄酮溶液,利用紫外光分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。[结果]所测的13种蕨类植物中都含有黄酮类化合物,但含量差异较大,大叶假冷蕨叶中的总黄酮含量最高,为10.375%,而笔管草的总黄酮含量仅为0.100%。紫外分光光度法是测定蕨类植物中总黄酮含量的一种经济有效的方法,所建立的回归方程线性关系良好(R=0.999 8)。[结论]大多数蕨类植物中都含有黄酮类化合物,有开发利用价值。 [Objective] The purpose was to enhance the study on the effective components in ferns and their exploitation.[Method] The total flavonoids in rhizomes(roots) and leaves of 13 species of ferns from Yunnan were extracted by ethanol refluxing process.The extracts were eluted by 70%,80%,90% ethanol solutions in order in silica gel column chromatography and the refined flovonoids solution was obtained.Then the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometer.[Result] The tested 13 species of ferns contained flavonoids with bigger content difference.The flavonoids content was highest in the leaves of Pseudocystopteris atkinsonii,being 10.375% and it was only 0.100% in Equisetum debile.UV spectrophotometer was a economic and effective method for determining total flavonoids content in ferns and the established regression equation had good linear relationship(R=0.999 8).[Conclusion] Most ferns contained flavonoids and had exploitation value.
