摘要
[目的]对玫瑰孢链霉菌NRRL 11379进行发酵培养基优化,寻找产物A21978C较好的发酵培养基配方。[方法]从16种发酵培养基中筛选较好的培养基,通过单因子试验和正交试验进行优化。[结果]得到玫瑰孢链霉菌NRRL 11379产达托霉素前体物A21978C组分的最佳发酵培养基为:葡萄糖1%、可溶性淀粉4%、黄豆粉1%(、NH4)2SO40.3%、MOPS 6%、K2SO40.8%、NaCl 0.1%。[结论]优化后的产量约为60 mg/L,比优化前提高9.2倍。
[Objective] The fermentative medium on Streptomyces roseosporus NRRL11379 was optimized,and a better fermentative medium formula of product A21978C was searched.[Method] The better culture medium was screened from 16 kinds of the fermentative medium,and optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.[Result] The optimum fermentative medium obtained from daptomycin precursor A21978C produced by S.roseosporus was 1% glucose,4% soluble starch,1% soybean flour,0.3%(NH4)2SO4,6% MOPS,0.8% K2SO4,0.1% NaCl.[Conclusion] The yield after optimization was 60 mg/L,which was 9.2 times higher than that before optimization.
