摘要
[目的]为耐低氮糯玉米种质的遗传改良提供理论依据。[方法]以30个糯玉米品种为材料,设置低氮和正常施氮两个处理,通过盆栽试验,研究低氮胁迫对糯玉米苗期主要生理特性的影响。[结果]低氮胁迫下,各糯玉米品种的生物量、植株吸氮量、硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量和明显下降,而过氧化氢酶活性和过氧化物歧化酶活性明显提高。糯玉米出苗前期对低氮胁迫的反应大于后期。不同品种的耐低氮性存在明显的生理差异,以糯玉米品种Wx-235表现出较强的耐低氮生理特性,而以Wx-092对低氮胁迫表现出较敏感的生理特性。[结论]糯玉米出苗前期对低氮胁迫反应敏感。
[Objective] The study was to provide a theoretical base for the genetic improvement of waxy maize with tolerance to low N.[Method] With 30 waxy maize varieties as tested materials,2 treatments of low N and normal N application were set up,and a pot culture trial was conducted to investigate the main physiological characteristics of waxy maize under low N stress in the stage of seedling.[Result] Under low N stress,the biomass,N absorption in plant,the activity of NR,the content of chlorophyl and soluble protein were decreased obviously and the activity of CAT and SOD were increased significantly.The reaction of waxy maize in the early stage of seedling to low N stress was bigger than that in late stage.There were significantly physiological differences on the tolerance to low N among those varieties.The variety Wx-235 had a physiological trait with stronger tolerance to low N stress and Wx-092 had a physiological trait with more sensitivity to low N stress.[Conclusion] The reaction of waxy maize in the early stage of seedling to low N stress was sensitive.
