摘要
简要叙述了甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱导小麦突变体最佳诱变剂量的选择,突变材料的种植及其选择的方法,阐述了出现的变异类型和突变体的应用,并对今后的进一步研究进行了展望。
The choice of optimum induction dosage of EMS induction on wheat mutants and the planting and selection method of mutation material were briefly described,the mutation type and the mutant application were elaborated,and the further research progress was prospected.
