摘要 [目的]验证石榴倒插成活的可能性。[方法]以同一天采集的石榴枝条为材料,设正插和倒插2种处理,观察石榴枝条的自然萌发状况,依据文献概述了可以倒插成活的植物种类。[结果]2月15日,正插枝条长出新芽;3月6日,倒插枝条长出新芽,表明倒插枝条长出新芽的时间比正插枝条迟。倒插枝条的根系最长达20.7 cm,多数根系的长度在4.0~8.0 cm,说明倒插的枝条也能长出新芽并生根,还可像正插枝条一样长成成熟的植株。[结论]在扦插繁殖时,有些植物倒插繁殖优于正插繁殖。 [Objective] The purpose of the study was to verify the survival possibility of pomegranate in reverse cuttage.[Method] With the pomegranate branches collected in the same day as tested materials,2 treatments of normal and reverse cuttages were set up to observe their natural germinations and the plant varieties could survive in reverse cuttage were summed up according to the literature.[Result] On Feb 15,the sticks in normal cuttage grew out new shoots and on Mar 6,the branches in reverse cuttage grew out new shoots,showing the time when the branches in reverse cuttage grew out new shoots was latter than that in normal cuttage.The longest root of sticks in reverse cuttage was 20.7 cm and their most roots were 4.0-8.0 cm,indicating the branches in reverse cuttage could also grow out new shoots and roots,and they could grow to be mature plant as the branches in normal cuttage.[Conclusion] In cutting propagation,reverse cuttage was superior to normal cuttage for some plants.
