摘要 [目的]为培育优质烟叶提供理论依据。[方法]以烤烟烟叶(K326)为试材,样品烘干磨碎、溶解、过滤、定容后,用火焰光度计测定钾含量。[结果]一昼夜中烟叶含钾量呈周期性变化,以12:00最高,18:00最低。不同生育阶段的烟叶中钾含量存在较大差异并随植株生长而降低。第1次取样的烟叶钾含量最高,以后各生育阶段逐渐下降。在正常生长条件下,不同部位的烟叶含钾量随叶位升高而降低。钾含量是植株下部叶最高,中部叶较次,上部叶最低。3个部位烟叶的钾含量差异极显著。同一叶不同部位的烟叶含钾量规律为叶基部>叶中部>叶尖部。[结论]烟叶中的钾含量存在很大规律性,不同位置的烟叶钾含量不同。 [Objective] The study was to provide a theoretical base for the cultivation of tobacco leaves with high quality.[Method] With the tobacco leaves(K326) as tested material,after the samples were dried,grinded,dissolved filtrated and diluted to fixed volume,the K content was measured by flame photometer.[Result] The K content in tobacco leaves had a cyclical change in a diel,and that at 12:00 was highest and that at 18:00 was lowest.The K content in tobacco leaves varied bigger in different growth stages and was reduced with the plant growth.The K content in first sample was highest and was decreased gradually with each growth stage.In normal condition,the K content in different position of the plant was decreased with the rising of leaf position.The K content in lower leaves was highest,that in middle was secondary and that in upper was lowest.The K content of tobacco leaves in 3 positions had a significantly difference.The K content in different leaf position in same leaf was in order as: leaf base 〉 leaf m iddle 〉 leaf apex.[Conclusion] The K content of tobacco leaves had regularity and varied with the position of tobacco leaves.
