摘要
[目的]研究紫苏属不同原(变)种中维生素的组成及含量。[方法]分别提取紫苏属植物叶中水溶性及脂溶性维生素,并采用高效液相色谱法进行分析。[结果]紫苏属不同原(变)种叶中维生素种类基本相同,但含量存在显著差异。[结论]紫苏属不同原(变)种苗期叶中均含有丰富的VC、VK1。
[Objective]The composition and content of vitamins in different Perilla L.materials were studied.[Methods]The water soluble vitamin and the fat soluble vitamin were extracted and analyzed by HPLC.[Results]The kinds of vitamins were approximately consistent in the different Perilla L.materials,but the contents were significant different.[Conclusion]There was plenty of VC,and VK1 in different Perilla L.seedlings.
