摘要
[目的]研究沼气发酵残留物对萝卜品质的影响。[方法]以萝卜为材料,研究了7个工程沼肥和户用沼气沼肥与化肥混合施用的处理对萝卜品质的影响。[结果]工程沼肥与化肥按1∶1处理的总糖含量最高;沼肥与化肥按1∶2混合施用总酸含量最高;全施化肥区的萝卜粗纤维和粗蛋白含量最高。户用沼气沼肥与化肥按4∶1混合施用萝卜维生素含量最高,比含量最低的全沼肥区高31.4%;沼肥与化肥按1∶4混合施用,萝卜总糖含量最高,全施化肥区最低;沼肥与化肥按1∶2混合施用,萝卜总酸含量最高;沼肥与化肥按4∶1混合施用,萝卜粗纤维和粗蛋白含量最高;沼肥与化肥配比为2∶1时,萝卜粗蛋白含量最低。[结论]沼气发酵残留物可以显著改善萝卜品质。
[Objective] The study was to study the influence of biogas residue on quality of radish.[Method] With radish as tested material,7 treatments of the combination application of engineering and family biogas residue with chemical fertilizer were designed to investigate their influence on quality of radish.[Result] Total sugar content in radish in treatment with engineering biogas residue (BR) and chemical fertilizer(CF)(1∶1) was the highest.Total acid content was the highest in the treatment with engineering BR and CF(1∶2).The crude fiber and protein content of CF treatment was highest.The vitamin C content of radish was highest in the mixed application of family BR and CF(1∶4),and it was 31.4% higher than that in whole family BR treatment with the lowest content.Total sugar content was the highest in the mixed application of family BR and CF(1∶4).Total acid content was the highest with BR and CF(1∶2),and the crude fiber and protein content were the highest in the mixed application of family BR and CF(4
∶1).When the ratio of family BR and CF was 1∶2,the crude protein content was the lowest.[Conclusion] Biogas residue could significantly improve the radish quality.
