The Influence of Lanthanide Ce on the Nuclear Anomalies of Blood Erythrocytes Caused by Cd in Loach

摘要 [目的]为治理镉污染提供理论依据。[方法]以泥鳅为材料,以空白为对照,设置了不同浓度的镉铈处理,观察处理24 h后泥鳅的血红细胞形态异常的数量。[结果]与对照组相比,染毒泥鳅的血红细胞有较大变异。在Cd2+及Cd2++Ce3+胁迫下泥鳅的血红细胞出现粘连、凹陷等现象,细胞核有微核、破碎、空泡、外凸等现象。不同浓度的镉均能造成泥鳅红血细胞核异常,随Cd2+浓度增大,核异常率显著增加;当加入相同浓度的Ce3+后,低浓度组核异常率显著下降;中浓度组核异常率亦有所下降;而高浓度组核异常率明显上升。[结论]低浓度的Ce3+能缓解Cd2+造成的细胞核损伤,而高浓度的Ce3+对Cd2+造成的细胞核损伤则具有协同作用。 [Objective] The study was to provide a theoretical base for the control of Cd pollution.[Method] With loach as tested material and no treatment as CK, treatments with Ce and Cd at different concn.were designed to observe the abnormal number of blood erythrocytes in loach after treated for 24 h.[Result] Compared with CK,the blood erythrocytes in loach exposured to toxicant had a big variation.Under Cd2+ and Cd2++Ce3+ stress,the blood erythrocytes had phenomena such as adhesion,depression,while the cell nuclear had phenomena such as micronucleus,fragmentation,cavitation and outer convex.Treatments with Cd at different concn all caused the anomaly of blood erythrocytes nuclear.With the increase of Cd concn.,the abnormal rate of nuclear increased obviously.After Ce3+ at the same concn.was added,the nuclear abnormal rates in treatments at low concn.were decreased significantly,and that in treatments at middle concn.were also decreased little,but that in the treatments at high concn.were increased obviously.[Con clusion] Ce3+ at low concn could relieve the damage of Cd to cell nuclear,Ce3+ at high concn.had a synergistic action with Cd2+ on the damage to cell nuclear.
