应用社会学结构功能主义进行分析,指出由农民工、自治组织、政府与社会4个要素构成的农民工社会系统,在结构上具有多头、多重、多场系统与弱势均衡等特征。

The social system of peasant workers insisted of 4 elements of peasant workers,autonomous organization,government and society had characters in structure such as multi-subject,multi-hierarchy and multi-field system and weak equilibrium.This was pointed out through analysis by sociological structural functionalism.
