对小城镇基础设施建设多元化融资模式的思考——基于成都市优先发展重点镇调查的实证分析

随着我国城镇化发展战略的实施,成都市小城镇建设进入了快速发展时期,但资金短缺造成小城镇基础设施建设缓慢,制约了小城镇的健康发展。立足于成都市优先发展重点镇融资模式的实践,对成都市小城镇多元化融资模式的现状及存在的问题进行了一些思考和探索。

With the implementation of the development strategy of urbanization,the construction of small town in Chengdu came into a rapid development stage.However,the infrastructure developed slowly due to lack of finance,constrained the healthy development of small town.Based on the practice of the key town development first in Chengdu,some thought and exploration of the present situations and problems of the pluralistic finance of small town in chengdu city were conducted.
