广东原料甘蔗质量管理的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Millable Cane Quality Management in Guangdong Province

本文分析了广东原料甘蔗质量管理存在的问题,指出:甘蔗蔗糖分低,虫蛀蔗多,砍收质量差,夹杂物多,砍、运、榨不协调,砍后积压时间长,是广东原料甘蔗质量管理存在的主要问题。对这些问题的成因及其影响进行了深刻的分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。

Problems of millable cane quality management in Guangdong Province were discussed in this paper. It was pointed out that low sucrose content in cane, severe pest damage of stalks, poor harvest and high field trash, lack of proper plan for harvest, transportation and crushing, and long time waiting for crushing after harvest, were the major factors to cause poor millable cane quality and low commercial sugar rate in Guangdong Province. Reasons and effect of the problems were deeply analyzed. A series of countermeasures were recommended.
