RPS12基因表达与胃癌进展及淋巴结转移的研究

摘要 目的探讨核糖体蛋白S12(RPS12)基因表达与胃癌进展及淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用原位杂交方法检测39例进展期胃癌组织、17例正常胃黏膜中RPS12mRNA表达。结果胃癌中RPS12mRNA表达阳性表达率(87.2%)显著高于正常胃黏膜(17.6%),P<0.01;淋巴结转移阳性的胃癌中RPS12mRNA表达阳性率(96.2%)显著高于淋巴结转移阴性者(69.2%),P<0.05。结论RPS12基因高表达与胃癌进展及淋巴结转移有关。 Objective To study the relationship of RPS12 expression with the progression and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancers. Methods The RPS12 mRNA expressions in 39 cases of advanced gastric cancer and 17 cases of normal gastric mucosa were detected by in situ hybridization. Results The positive rate of RPS12 mRNA expression in gastric cancers (87.2%)was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (17.6%),P 〈 0.01. The positive rate of RPS12 mRNA expression in gastric cancers with lymph node metastasis (96.2%)was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (69.2%), P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The high expression of RPS12 is correlated with the progression and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
