有太多的奥运项目承载着全中国人的梦想。媒体对于北京奥运会中国队夺金数量的猜测普遍持低调态度．或许是冷静看待2004年雅典奥运会金牌总数第二的成绩之后诞生的理性，因为有太多不为我们控制的不稳定因素．很难想像．今年在本土召开的奥运会．中国代表团会面对多少不可预知．但不可否认的是．本土参赛的中国代表团．会被激发出更加昂扬的斗志．尽管我们一直坚持的是稳中求胜。
Chinese competitors are most likely to get gold medals of many Olympic sports. It is not only a question of the medal tally. It also plays an important role in encouraging athletes in other events, promoting the spirit of the whole team, and satisfying the people＇s expectation.
