3G after Recombination

5月24目．工业和信息化部、国家发改委和财政部今天发布了《三部委关于深化电信体制改革的通告》，公告指出．基于电信行业现状．为实现改革目标．鼓励中国电信收购中国联通CDMA网（包括资产和用户），中国联通与中国网通合并，中国卫通的基础电信业务并入中国电信．中国铁通并入中国移动。此外．公告还指出．改革重组应与发放3G牌照相结合．重组完成后就会发放3G牌照。

On May 24, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Finance issued an ＂Announcement on Deepening the Reform of the Structure of the Telecommunications Sector＂. The announcement encourages China Telecom to purchase the CDMA network of China Unicom, China Unicorn to merge with China Netcom, the basic telecom business of China Satcom to merge with China Telecom, and China Tietong to merge with China Mobile. In addition, the announcement indicates that the reform and recombination should be done aalong with the issue of 3G licenses, which will be provided after the recombination.
