肠道病毒71型及其相关疾病研究进展 被引量:32

摘要 肠道病毒71(EV71)是一种新型肠道病毒。1969年在美国加利福尼亚州患有脑炎的婴儿粪便中首次分离到EV71。EV71感染临床上表现除了无菌性脑膜炎、急性小脑共济失调和急性松弛性瘫痪(AFP)外,还出现了大量手足口病(hand—foot—mouth disease,HFMD)。目前发现,引起HFMD这种全球性传染病的病原体除了肠道病毒柯萨奇A16(CA16)等,EV71也是其主要病原体之一,
