This paper intends to start from analytic concept of logistics estate agent, on the effectiveness of the logistics estate investment, analysis comparing on project cost-benefit of the residential estate and logistics estate investment, set forth analysis ideas of logistics estate investment, try to discuss counter-measure of logistics estate rational investment.
